8 months back I used to consume 4 cups of green tea daily. Reason? I was too fat. With a lot of exercise and green tea playing its role effectively I got rid of most of my fat. Now I drink only 2 cups of green tea. And as far as recommended consumption is concerned 2 to 3 cups are best to maximize the benefits of green tea.
