Green tea is a healthy type of beverage. But there is limitation. Even if green tea has a lot of vitamins and anti-oxidants, it does not mean that your child can drink it. Green tea is a well-known healthy type of drink for adults. Not for kids. Green tea contains caffeine. That alone can explain parents out there, why.

So before you think of giving your kid a glass of green tea, consider the information you just got. There are so many healthy drinks for children so why choose green tea for them.
